Milk Chocolate

Unlike dark chocolate, milk chocolate is very sensitive to heat, since it has high sugar content. Milk chocolate is mostly a mix of chocolate, sugar and milk. For this reason, it may be difficult to use milk chocolate in recipes, chocolate sauces, and desserts, baked and cooked for a long time.

Cookies

Milk chocolate is an excellent addition to many types of cookies, which normally only need about ten minutes baking time. You can add chunks of sweet chocolate bar cut into pieces,

Other Ideas

Use chocolate candy bar shavings on some vanilla ice cream for a quick dessert after dinner or at the top of some covered in chocolate and coffee mousse. Create an easy snack mix and chocolate in a trail mix with pretzels, nuts and dried fruits. Or even better, just taste milk chocolate as you expect a new batch of cookies in the oven!
